In-App Account Deletion – Aksat App
The Aksat app now supports full, permanent account deletion directly from inside the app. This page explains where to find the deletion option and what happens to your data when you confirm deletion.
1. Where to find the delete account option
You can start the deletion process from inside the Aksat app using the following path:
- Open the Aksat app
- Go to Settings (إعدادات الحساب)
- Select “Delete Account Permanently” (حذف الحساب نهائياً)
2. Steps required before deletion
To protect your account and financial data, Aksat uses several confirmation steps before deleting your account:
- Password verification: You must enter your current account password correctly.
- Optional delete reason: You can optionally write a short reason for deleting your account.
- Legal warning screen with countdown: You will see a detailed warning explaining that your data will be permanently deleted. A 10-second countdown must finish before you can continue.
- Biometric confirmation (if available): On supported devices, the app may ask for Face ID or fingerprint to confirm that the device owner is the one requesting deletion. If biometrics are not available or fail, you can continue using password verification only.
- Final phrase confirmation: As a last step, you must manually type the phrase “I want to delete my account” (in Arabic inside the app: «أريد حذف حسابي») exactly as shown before the deletion is executed.
3. What data is deleted
When you confirm account deletion, the app permanently removes the account and all data linked to it, including, for example:
- Your user profile and login information
- All customers you created inside the app
- All installments, payments, debts, and related records
- All groups and settings linked to your account
- All debt books, pages, and entries created under your user
- Any images or attachments stored with your account data
After the deletion is completed:
- Your account is logged out immediately from the device.
- You will not be able to sign in again with this deleted account.
- The deleted data cannot be restored from inside the app.
- You can still create a new account later, but old data will not be recovered.
4. Support
If you face any technical problems while deleting your account, or if you believe your account was deleted by mistake, you can contact us at: support@aksat-ms.com. However, please note that once the deletion is fully completed in the system, your previous data cannot be restored.

يدعم تطبيق أقساط Aksat الآن حذف الحساب بشكل نهائي من داخل التطبيق نفسه. في هذه الصفحة نوضّح مكان زر الحذف، وخطوات التنفيذ، وما الذي يحدث لبياناتك بعد الحذف.
١. أين أجد خيار حذف الحساب؟
يمكنك بدء عملية حذف الحساب من داخل تطبيق أقساط عبر المسار التالي:
- افتح تطبيق أقساط
- اذهب إلى إعدادات الحساب
- اختر «حذف الحساب نهائياً»
٢. الخطوات المطلوبة قبل الحذف
حفاظاً على أمان حسابك وبياناتك المالية، يمرّ التطبيق بعدة خطوات تأكيد قبل تنفيذ الحذف النهائي:
- التحقق من كلمة المرور: يجب إدخال كلمة المرور الصحيحة الخاصة بحسابك.
- سبب الحذف (اختياري): يمكنك كتابة سبب مختصر لرغبتك بحذف الحساب (اختياري)، وذلك لتحسين التطبيق مستقبلاً.
- شاشة تحذير قانوني مع عدّ تنازلي: ستظهر لك رسالة تحذير مفصّلة توضّح أن جميع بياناتك سيتم حذفها نهائياً، مع عدّ تنازلي لمدة 10 ثواني يجب أن ينتهي قبل تفعيل زر المتابعة.
- تأكيد بالبصمة (إن توفّرت): في الأجهزة الداعمة، قد يطلب التطبيق بصمة الوجه أو بصمة الإصبع للتأكد من أن صاحب الجهاز هو من يطلب الحذف. في حال عدم توفر البصمة أو فشلها، يمكن الاستمرار بالتحقق بواسطة كلمة المرور فقط.
- تأكيد نهائي بكتابة عبارة ثابتة: في الخطوة الأخيرة يُطلب منك كتابة العبارة «أريد حذف حسابي» بشكل مطابق تماماً قبل تنفيذ عملية الحذف النهائي.
٣. ما الذي سيتم حذفه؟
عند تأكيد حذف الحساب، يقوم النظام بحذف حسابك وجميع البيانات المرتبطة به بشكل نهائي، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر:
- بيانات ملفك الشخصي ومعلومات تسجيل الدخول
- جميع العملاء الذين قمت بإضافتهم داخل التطبيق
- كل الأقساط، التسديدات، الديون، والملاحظات المرتبطة بحسابك
- كل المجاميع (Groups) وإعدادات الحساب الخاصة بك
- جميع دفاتر الديون، الصفحات، والحركات التي أنشأتها
- أي صور أو مرفقات مرتبطة ببيانات حسابك
بعد إتمام عملية الحذف:
- سيتم تسجيل خروجك فوراً من التطبيق على هذا الجهاز.
- لن تتمكّن من تسجيل الدخول مرة أخرى بهذا الحساب المحذوف.
- لا يمكن استرجاع البيانات المحذوفة من داخل التطبيق.
- يمكنك إنشاء حساب جديد لاحقاً، لكن البيانات القديمة لن تعود.
٤. الدعم والاستفسارات
في حال واجهت مشكلة تقنية أثناء حذف حسابك، أو اعتقدت أنه تم حذف حسابك عن طريق الخطأ، يمكنك التواصل معنا عبر البريد: support@aksat-ms.com. مع العلم أنه إذا كانت عملية الحذف قد اكتملت نهائياً في النظام، فلن يكون بالإمكان استرجاع بياناتك السابقة.
